change language in revit

When you start the software using the Revit shortcut, it opens using the most recently used language pack, or the core software, if that was used last.

If you want to always launch the software in a specific language, modify the target line of the Revit launch icon, as follows.

On the desktop or in the Start menu, right-click the Revit launch icon and click Properties.
On the Shortcut tab, in the Target field, modify the command to include the /language switch followed by a 3-letter language code.
Example:

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit 2014\Revit.exe" /language FRA
Click OK.
The 3-letter language codes are as follows:

English: ENU
German: DEU
French: FRA
Italian: ITA
Spanish: ESP
Japanese: JPN
Simplified Chinese: CHS
Traditional Chinese: CHT
Korean: KOR
Czech: CSY
Polish: POL
Russian: RUS
Brazilian Portuguese: PTB
